- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- No. The 14-day trial is free with no card. You only add one if you decide to keep your access.
- Is my family identifiable?
- Never. We only ever store an area (a postcode sector at the finest), never your full postcode, address, or your child’s name. Nothing is shown until at least three families in an area report the same thing.
- Why charge for checking but not reporting?
- Reporting has to be free. It’s what keeps the map alive for everyone. The small subscription for checking is what pays to run it.
- Does it tell me what to do if my child is ill?
- No. We show what’s going around, not medical advice. For that, speak to your GP, pharmacist, or NHS 111.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime, from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
