Questions

Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial is free with no card. You only add one if you decide to keep your access.
Can I just pay now?
Yes. Pick monthly or yearly, then choose to pay now instead of starting the trial. We email you a sign-in link first (we don’t do passwords), and the payment page opens on the plan you picked.
Is my family identifiable?
Never. We only keep a rough area, never your full postcode, an address, or a name. Counts and trends only appear once at least 3 different people report the same thing; before that, the most an area page says is that a bug has been reported there, with no numbers at all. More on privacy.
What if my area is quiet all week?
The Friday email still comes. It tells you what we watched, what we saw near each of your places, and what’s moving nationally, so a quiet week reads as a quiet week rather than as silence.
Monthly or yearly?
Yearly (£29.99) works out cheaper, about £2.50 a month, and covers you right through the winter bug season. Prefer monthly? It’s £4.99/mo. Either way, cancel anytime.
Does it tell me what to do if my child is ill?
No. We show what’s going around, not medical advice. For that, speak to your GP, pharmacist, or NHS 111.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
