- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- No. The 14-day trial is free with no card. You only add one if you decide to keep your access.
- Is my family identifiable?
- Never. We only keep a rough area, never your full postcode, an address, or a name. Nothing shows until at least 3 different people report the same thing. More on privacy.
- What’s free, and what’s Plus?
- Checking what’s going round your area right now is free, and so is reporting. The difference with Plus is simple: you don’t have to keep checking. It watches your places for you and emails you the moment something starts rising, with the exact numbers and the full map. The small subscription is what pays to run it.
- Monthly or yearly?
- Yearly (£29.99) works out cheaper, about £2.50 a month, and covers you right through the winter bug season. Prefer monthly? It’s £4.99/mo. Either way, cancel anytime.
- Does it tell me what to do if my child is ill?
- No. We show what’s going around, not medical advice. For that, speak to your GP, pharmacist, or NHS 111.
